POKER WITH YOUR FRIENDS

Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Poker With Your Friends on the web or as a Discord Activity. By playing, you agree to them.

Play money only

Poker With Your Friends is a social game played with play-money chips. Chips have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money, goods, or prizes, and cannot be cashed out.

There is no real-money gambling, no wagering, and no payments of any kind. Do not use the game to settle bets or to run a game for money or anything of value, including outside the app.

Success at play-money poker does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use Discord where you play there. You may not use the game where doing so is against the law.

Your conduct

Choose display names, table names, and chat messages that are not abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or illegal, and that do not impersonate others or share someone’s private information.

Do not cheat, collude, use bots or automation to play, disrupt tables, overload the service, or try to access other players’ cards or seats.

Table hosts can remove and ban members. We may remove content, close tables, or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Public content

Display names, avatars, table names, and listed tables are visible to others. Recap links you share are public to anyone who has them. Only share what you are comfortable making public.

The service

The game is free and provided “as is”, without warranties. Tables, chip stacks, history, and recaps may be reset, expire, or be lost, and features may change or end at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Discord is a separate service with its own terms. Poker With Your Friends is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
